Each event will feature separate conference programs running concurrently while adding the benefit of a joint exhibit hall, where attendees can network with vendors and service providers from both events. Attendees will have the opportunity to register for both programs for a nominal additional fee.

Mount Vernon and Old Town Alexandria Tour

Who saved Mount Vernon from ruin? What is the significance of Bowling Green? How did Washington acquire the estate? These questions and more, will be answered as you explore the Mansion, original outbuildings and the manicured grounds surrounding it at your leisure. Join presidents, royalty, prime ministers and many others who have explored the home of America’s first leader and learn how it shaped him and in turn, the United States as we know it today.

This tour includes a stop with leisure time at Old Town Alexandria’s beloved downtown and nationally designated historic district on the Potomac River waterfront. The King Street Mile and surrounding brick-lined sidewalks are studded with centuries-old architecture, historic attractions and independent businesses.
