Early Bird rate ends May 20, 2026

Associate members who take advantage of the Early Bird Discount receive the following:
- One (1) 6-foot draped and skirted table,
- two chairs and
- a wastebasket.
Early Bird discount is only available for a limited time. Members paid through the 2026 membership year (March 2026-February 2025) or booths with new membership purchases will be eligible for this valuable discount.
To become an associate member and receive the membership rates, please add it to your Booth Contract, when purchasing your booth. For more information on the benefits of becoming a member please click here.
Each 10’ x 10’ booth will be set with an 8’ high backwall drape 3’ high side dividers and a 7″ x 44″ one-line identification sign. NO other booth materials provided however additional items can be rented through the Freeman Company. Carpet is mandatory for all booths.
