No purchase is necessary to enter or win a prize. By participating, Participants agree to these Official Rules.
National Rural Water Association will offer prizes contributed through our 50 State Rural Water Associations for the Sweepstakes. Participants can enter in person by purchasing Sweepstakes tickets at the WaterPro conference on September 25-27, 2023 in Aurora, Colorado. Participants can also receive Sweepstakes tickets without making a purchase via mail by following the instructions below.
Who Is Eligible To Enter/Win?
The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico and who are 18 years of age or older on the day of participation. An eligible individual who attempts to enter the Sweepstakes is hereafter referred to as a “Participant”. Each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules.
How To Enter The Sweepstakes
Participants who choose to participate in person can purchase Sweepstakes tickets at the WaterPro conference on September 25-27, 2023 in Aurora, Colorado.
Participants can receive tickets without making a purchase by mailing a handwritten note requesting Rural Water Sweepstakes tickets in a large envelope addressed to: Rural Water Sweepstakes, c/o National Rural Water Association, 2915 S 13th Street, Duncan OK 73533. Requests must include an empty, self-addressed stamped envelope. NRWA will use the self-addressed stamped envelope to mail two tickets. Participants may submit one request per week through September 15, 2023.
All tickets must be entered for prizes at the WaterPro conference on September 25-27, 2023 in Aurora, Colorado. Participants who receive tickets by mail and are unable to enter the tickets in person can receive accommodation by requesting their tickets be randomly entered in the sweepstakes. Requests for accommodation must be received by September 20, 2023.
Prize Winner Notification
Up to 50 prizes will be available as contributed through our State Rural Water Associations. Winners will be notified either in person on September 27 or by the contact information provided by the Participant on the ticket.
