Our session rooms vary in size and will be assigned based on track attendance in past years. We can range anywhere from 35-150 attendees per session.

  • Are handouts allowed during my session?

Yes, you may provide your session attendees with any supplemental information to help them understand the topic and enhance their knowledge of the subject.

  • As a speaker, do I receive a complimentary registration to WaterPro?

Yes! All speakers receive a complimentary full registration, which allows them access to the exhibit hall, other sessions and any additional events at the conference. You will receive an email with a speaker code once registration is open.

  • Are session speakers compensated?

Session speakers are not usually compensated for their speaking engagement, unless previously discussed with conference agenda managers. Speakers will be responsible for their own travel and hotel accommodations, but we are more than willing to help you during this process. Please let Becca Murray know if you have any questions regarding your hotel room.

  • When will I know if my abstract was selected?

You’ll receive email confirmation if you abstract was selected about a month after the call for abstracts closes. If you are not selected, you will receive an email letting you know that as well.

  • When does the call for abstracts open and close?

The call for abstracts is open from January 4 to February 22. Should we need more abstracts, we will make an announcement that it is still open.
